Admission into BMTC requires completing a standard application form. If you are interest in any course other than Accountancy courses, you need to complete our standard application form. There are different application forms for Accountancy Courses depending on the desired mode of study. However, if you want to submit your application form on line, you only need to fill in the on line application form.

Obtain the forms by clicking on the relevant form and complete the printed form. The completed application form together with copies of all qualifications can then be posted or faxed or scanned to BMTC.
